IT’S TIME TO GIVE BACK TO THOSE WHO STEP UP!

Eligibility:

• The raffle is open to all customers of Smoke and Joe Cigar Lounge who make a qualifying purchase in-store.

• Participants are required to sign up and receive promotional emails from Smoke and Joe Cigar Lounge. The winning numbers will be announced via email only.

How to Enter:

• Customers will receive 1 raffle ticket for every $25 spent on the subtotal of their purchase after any discounts are applied.

• Normal tickets (blue) for regular entries.

• Customers will receive 2 additional bonus raffle tickets (red) for any purchase over $150 with special conditions (see Raffle Drawing).

Prizes:

• 1st Prize: 90-Count Cigar Humidor

• 2nd Prize: Trident Paris 3-In-1 Cigar Cutter

• 3rd Prize: Quad-Flame Cigar Table Lighter

Raffle Duration and Drawing:

• The length of the period to receive raffle tickets is determined by customer participation, and the raffle shall only commence after all the pre-determined number of raffle tickets have been distributed.

• Customers are responsible for checking their email, as the raffle can happen at any time. Status updates may be provided periodically in emails leading up to the drawing.

• Smoke and Joe Cigar Lounge is not responsible for alerting participants to the set drawing date, as the drawing date is determined by customer participation.

• Winning numbers will be announced in an email on the first Monday after all tickets have been distributed. Smoke and Joe Cigar Lounge shall not inform any persons of winning numbers outside of this email. Any winning numbers will be repeated only once during the week.

• Customers have until close of business that Sunday to provide Smoke and Joe Cigar Lounge with any winning raffle tickets in-person to claim their prize(s). There will be NO additional raffle drawing for any unclaimed prizes.

• Participants are highly encouraged to check their email. Failure to sign up for or read any email with winning raffle numbers is the responsibility of the participant, not Smoke and Joe Cigar Lounge.

Raffle Drawing:

• All raffle tickets will be combined into the drawing.

• The drawing will be conducted in the following order:

     3rd Prize: Quad-Flame Cigar Table Lighter

     2nd Prize: Trident Paris 3-In-1 Cigar Cutter

     1st Prize: 90-Count Cigar Humidor

 Bonus tickets (red):

• If a red ticket is drawn at any point, the winner will receive all remaining prizes.

• If a red ticket is the first to be drawn, that winner receives all 3 prizes.

• Normal tickets (blue) may win one prize only.

Additional Terms:

• Tickets are not transferable to another person. Only the person who made the qualifying purchase is eligible to win and is responsible for claiming any prizes.

• Raffle prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash.

• Smoke and Joe Cigar Lounge reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify entries for fraud or rule violations.

• Smoke and Joe Cigar Lounge is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or damaged tickets.

• Smoke and Joe Cigar Lounge reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the raffle at any time for operational or legal reasons.

• By participating, entrants agree to allow Smoke and Joe Cigar Lounge to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

• This raffle is void where prohibited by law.
