Qualifying Purchase (Entry)

• Make a purchase of $50 or more to receive a Discount Club Card.
• Each Discount Club Card is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Smoke and Joe Cigar Lounge reserves the right to issue Discount Club Cards for a lower entry, with an earlier expiration, for the purchase of specific samplers, or through various specials as marked on our website.
• No extra membership fee — members only pay for the cigars and purchases they actually make.

Card Benefits (Redemption and Perks)

• 10% Storewide Discount: Cardholders receive 10% off any purchase of $75 or more when redeeming the Discount Club Card. The card must be presented to receive your discount.
• Exclusions: The Discount Club Card does not increase the value of already discounted items, such as manufacturer-made or house-made samplers and box purchases. Discounts shall not be redeem on special event days or during other promotions marked on our website.

Email Requirement

• To redeem the Discount Club Card, cardholders must provide or verify an active email address to receive promotional emails and blog updates as part of the program.

Expiration and Re-Entry

• The card’s expiration date is printed on it and expired cards will not be accepted.
• To rejoin after expiration, simply make a purchase of $50 or more to receive a new Discount Club Card valid for 30 days.

No Cash Value

• The Discount Club Card has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or refund.
• No change or credit will be given for unused portions.

Single Use Only

• Discounts must be redeemed in a single transaction.
• Partial redemptions, carryovers, or combining multiple cards are not permitted.

Tobacco Tax

• Discounts do not reduce or remove any applicable cigar tax, even if the discount fully offsets the product price.

Exclusions and Limitations

• The card may not be issued or used during special events or certain promotions as designated on our website, in-store announcements, emails, or social media.

Lost or Stolen Cards

• Smoke and Joe Cigar Lounge is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards.
• Cards will not be reissued or replaced.

Right to Refuse

• We reserve the right to refuse or revoke use of any card in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

Promotion Changes and Termination

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Discount Club Card program at any time without prior notice.
• This includes eligibility, redemption, expiration terms, or discontinuing issued cards.

Acknowledgment of Terms

• Use of the Discount Club Card constitutes acceptance of these terms.
• Failure to review them does not exempt cardholders from compliance.
