Non-tobacco accessories (such as cutters, lighters, humidors) may be returned at our discretion within 14 days of the original purchase, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Approved returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee on the original subtotal, and customers will receive store credit only—no refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (cash or card).
