Eligibility:

• To be eligible for entry, customers must make a purchase of any cigar(s) in a single transaction at Smoke and Joe Cigar Lounge.

• Each qualifying purchase counts as a single entry into the weekly giveaway. The number of cigars purchased in a single transaction does not increase the number of entries for that transaction.

• An additional entry will be awarded for each subsequent cigar purchase made during the same week.

• Each Monday starts a new raffle, and entries do not carry over. Participants from prior weeks are not eligible for the current week’s raffle unless they make a new qualifying purchase during that week.

Entry Details:

• Customers shall be responsible for entering their details (name, email, date) on our website entry form with each visit. Details must be entered by Sunday evening to be eligible for that weeks drawing. Any entry made in the next week for a purchase made the previous week shall not be used for consideration to win.

Winner Selection and Notification:

• One (1) winner will be selected each week randomly from those who made a purchase the prior week to receive a $25 Visa Pre-Paid Card.

• Each weekly winner shall only be announced only once in our weekly emails on Tuesday following the prior weeks entry period.

Claiming the Prize:

• Winners must claim their prize by the close of business on the Sunday following the announcement.

• Any unclaimed cards will be forfeited.

Prize Usage:

• The $25 Visa Pre-Paid Card may be used for purchases both within and outside of Smoke and Joe Cigar Lounge.

Email List Subscription:

• Participants will automatically be subscribed to our email list using the provided details.

• Participants are responsible for confirming their email if they receive a confirmation link sent the email provided in time for the winning email announcements.

• Smoke and Joe Cigar Lounge reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time, without prior notice, in the event of limited customer participation.
