Eligibility:

• To be eligible for entry, customers must make a purchase of any cigar(s) in a single transaction at Smoke and Joe Cigar Lounge.

• Each qualifying purchase counts as a single entry into the weekly giveaway. The number of cigars purchased in a single transaction does not increase the number of entries for that transaction.

• An additional entry will be awarded for each subsequent cigar purchase made during the same week.

• Each Monday starts a new raffle, and entries do not carry over. Participants from prior weeks are not eligible for the current week’s raffle unless they make a new qualifying purchase during that week.

• One (1) winner will be selected each week randomly to receive a $25 Visa Pre-Paid Card.

• Each weekly winner shall only be announced once in our weekly emails and across our three primary social media accounts - X, Instagram, and Facebook on the immediate Monday following the week of entry. 

• Winners must claim their prize by the close of business on the Sunday following the Monday announcement.

• Any unclaimed cards will be forfeited.

• The $25 Visa Pre-Paid Card may be used for purchases both within and outside of Smoke and Joe Cigar Lounge.

• By entering the giveaway, participants will be added to our email list if they are not already subscribed. Additionally first and last name will also be gathered for participation.

• Participants are responsible for confirming their email subscription to receive important communications, including winner announcements.

• Smoke and Joe Cigar Lounge reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.

• By participating, you willfully agree to allow your first and last name to be used for promotional purposes related to the giveaway.
