At Smoke and Joe, you don’t pay for access — you earn your position. Every visit either activates or renews your status. You’re not just a customer. You’re an active member with no membership fee.

Foundation Status:

Any purchase of 1–9 cigars earns you a Status Card with a 14-day return window.

Foundation Return:

Return within your 14-day window and purchase 10 or more cigars to unlock 15% off that transaction and move into a fresh 30-day Aficionado window.

Window Reset:

Miss your 14-day window and your next purchase starts a new card on the path that matches that visit. Expired cards do not receive Aficionado pricing.

Aficionado Status:

Any single purchase of 10 or more cigars earns immediate 10% off and places you on the Aficionado path with a 30-day return window.

Aficionado Return:

Return within 30 days and purchase 10 or more cigars again to receive 15% off and renew your Aficionado standing for another 30 days. Stay inside the window and your status continues uninterrupted.

Guest Privilege:

Bring a guest and their separate purchase receives your same discount, as long as you are also buying.

Inner Circle Updates:

Active status holders receive weekly emails with cardholder-only perks and updates.

Raffle Eligibility:

Every qualifying purchase made inside your active return window earns an entry into member raffles. Additional tickets may be issued for special promotions.

Non-Transferable:

Status belongs to the individual cardholder. The only exception is a guest who joins you in-store and makes a matching purchase.

Status Verification:

Your card must be presented to receive any benefit.

Promotion Rules:

Status benefits do not stack with other promotions, offers, or clearance pricing unless management states otherwise.

Padrón cigars are exempt from all status-tier discounts without exception.
