IN THE LOUNGE — How We Keep It Premier

Your Seat is Part of the Experience
Quick drink, you’re good. Staying for the reset? Your seat is covered by a cigar from our humidor. That’s how we stay 100% customer-supported. Bringing a non-smoking guest? We love it — $10 beverage minimum covers their seat.

Pure Cigar Experience
We only smoke what we sell here. Every cigar in our humidor is properly stored and maintained. Outside cigars and outside alcohol aren’t permitted.

21+ Sanctuary
21+ to enter the humidor and lounge. This is your adult reset.

Come Correct
This is a premier lounge. Shoes and sandals on, attire in check. You get what you give.

No Cigarettes, No Vapes
Premium cigars only. We protect the air for the craft.

Food? Keep It Clean
Outside food is fine — just keep it clean, keep the smell down, clean up your own trash, and leave your spot ready for the next guy.

Be Present — The Phone Rule
This is your reset from the noise. Calls outside. Videos and media on headphones.
When staff comes to take care of you, we give you our full attention — same respect back. Zero exceptions.

Respect the Air
Watch where your smoke travels. Be mindful of the people around you. We all came here to enjoy the craft.

Respect the Room
Keep the volume down and the language clean. Excessive profanity, explicit conversation, slurs, harassment, and personal attacks don’t belong. Disagreement is fine — hostile or disruptive arguments aren’t. Be aware of the people around you. This isn’t a sports bar. It’s a sanctuary.

The Finish
Let your cigar die naturally in the ashtray. No smashing, no spitting.
Leave your spot better than you found it.

IN THE HUMIDOR — How We Protect the Leaf

This walk-in is kept at the correct temperature and humidity for a reason. This is where the magic lives.

Choose, Don’t Linger
No food, drinks, flames, or lit cigars inside. Step in, choose, step out. The leaf stays properly protected.

Handle Like a Pro
Handle cigars gently and avoid squeezing or pressing the wrapper. Not sure what to look for? Ask us. We’re happy to help. Cigars damaged through improper handling must be purchased.

Smell It Right
You can’t smell through cellophane. Never rub a cigar on your face. Hold it about 2 inches from your nose, foot side, and breathe. Keep it clean.

Cut & Light With Us
Ask for a cut and light — it’s part of the service.

Take It Home
Buy it here and take it home? Once your cigar leaves, it’s meant to be smoked elsewhere. Please don’t expect to bring it back to use the lounge.
