Other Rules & Notes:

• Active Email Required: Needed to redeem all benefits and receive exclusive offers.

• Purchase Priority: Program discounts apply to all eligible cigar purchases and take priority over other discounts (except sealed box pricing).

• Stacking & Carryovers: One transaction per card. No splitting, stacking or carryovers. Humidor Club Card rewards and discounts cannot be combined with other offers; only one promotional offer (boost) or discount applies per transaction.

• Validity: Humidor Club Cards are non-transferable, hold no cash value, and cannot be used to reduce tobacco taxes. Each card is valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted. Benefits expire after this period and must be used within the printed validity window.

• Replacement Policy: Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.

• Exclusions: Minimum purchase may apply to certain promotions; not valid during special events; brand-specific restrictions may apply; cannot be combined with discounted box pricing.

• Inactive or Unused Cards: We know who doesn’t use their Humidor Club Card — don’t be caught off guard if a new one doesn’t magically appear in the future.
