• Purchase Priority: Program discounts apply to all eligible cigar purchases and take priority over other discounts (except sealed box pricing).

• Stacking & Carryovers: One transaction per card. No splitting, stacking or carryovers. Humidor Club Card rewards and discounts cannot be combined with other offers; only one promotional offer (boost) or discount applies per transaction.

• Validity: Humidor Club Cards are non-transferable and hold no cash value. Each card is valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted. Benefits expire after this period and must be used within the printed validity window.

• Tax Compliance: Humidor Club Cards shall not reduce or eliminate state excise taxes on tobacco products already paid by Smoke and Joe Cigar Lounge.

• Exclusions: Minimum purchase may apply to certain promotions; not valid during special events; brand-specific restrictions may apply; cannot be combined with discounted box pricing.

• Card Presentation: Rewards and discounts apply only when your Humidor Club Card is presented before checkout. Your discount or any additional perks cannot be applied after the transaction is complete.

• Inactive or Unused Cards: If your card expires unused, no worries — you can always get back in with your next cigar purchase. Just note, repeated inactivity may affect your eligibility for future cards. We reward the loyal, the consistent, and the ones who keep the flame lit. 

• Program Changes: Smoke and Joe Cigar Lounge reserves the right to modify or end the program at any time.
